How to use the arbitrage calculator

Choose a two-way market (such as over/under) or a three-way 1X2 market, then enter the best odds you can find for each outcome and your total stake.

If the implied probabilities add up to less than 100%, an arbitrage exists. The calculator then splits your stake so every outcome returns the same amount.

Odds move quickly, so check every price is still available before you place the bets.

Example: Odds of 2.60, 3.80 and 3.60 on a 1X2 market add up to 92.6% implied. A £100 stake split £41.56, £28.43 and £30.01 returns about £108 whatever the result.

    Frequently asked questions

Backing every outcome at different bookmakers when the combined prices guarantee a profit.

    Why are arbitrage chances rare?

Bookmakers adjust prices quickly and each includes a margin, so the combined odds are usually above 100%.

    Is arbitrage betting risk-free?
